- Use 2 chicken breast
- Prepare 1/4 red pepper
- Take 1/4 yellow pepper
- Provide 1/4 green pepper
- Provide 1 sweetcorn
- You need 2 carrots
- Use 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Use 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- You need 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- You need 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Use 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Prepare 1 tablespoon butter

- Preheat oven to 210 degrees C. Grease the bottom of oven pan with olive oil.
- Mix salt with all spices and sprinkle half of it over chicken breasts.
- Top the chicken with thinly sliced peppers, only one layer of peppers.
