  1. Wash the prawn and make them dry. Marrinate it with salt and lemon juice for 10 mins…In a bowl mix all the dry masala powder with some water and make a paste..
  2. Heat the oil, fry the potato cubes,keep aside. Put jeera a bayleaf in oil..Fry it, add chopped onions and salt, stir, when onion tends to change colour add chopped garlic and chillies, stir slightly and add tomatoes..Fry it well in medium flame, put the masala paste,Add a little bit of sugar (your choice)..When the masala releases the oil add prawn, saute for 5 mins…Add water…When the gravy near to be done add friedpotatos…And cover..When the oil comes out from gravy put off the flame
  3. Add a little pinch of gorom masala and slitted green chillies..Cover it for 5 mins…And serve it hot with rice
