- Use 1 litre Milk
- Get 2 tsp custard powder.

Steps to make SnowBall Pudding 🌨️:
- For Custard : Mix 2 tbsp of custard powder with 1/4th of milk taken from 1 litre of milk to form a paste and keep aside.
- Add 4 tbsp sugar in the remaining milk and boil.
- Snow ball : While the milk is boiling, add 4 eggs whites in the ball and beat continuously till peaks are formed and they resemble snow.
- Add these to the boiling milk with the help of a spoon (forming small balls)and cook them, slightly turning them around very gently.
- Take out the snow balls in a plate.Switch off the gas and Let the milk cool down. When the milk is cool down add the eggs yolks(that you separated for egg whites) to the custard paste that you made in step 1. Mix them well and add to the milk, and switch on the gas cooking and stiring the milk continuously, so no lumps are formed. Cook till the milk thickens.
- Cool the custard. Once the cutard is cool place the snow balls onto the custard.
- Tips : 1. You can decorate the custard with pomegranate, tutty fruitty or nuts. 2. Add the egg yolks and custard powder paste to milk when it is at room temperature otherwise they will sputter 3. Beat the egg whites well 4. Stir the milk continuously as to no lumps are formed 5. You can also add fruits to the custard. Like small pieces of apple, banana, and pomegranate
